Analysis of the reasons for insufficient cooling capacity or slow cooling of industrial chillers

Oct 30, 2024

In industrial production, industrial chillers are our essential equipment, so insufficient cooling capacity will affect whether the machine can operate normally. If there is a problem, it will bring a lot of trouble to the use. Therefore, when the industrial chiller has insufficient cooling capacity or the cooling and cooling are very slow, how to solve it?

The reasons for insufficient cooling capacity or slow cooling of industrial chillers are as follows:

1. No regular maintenance and maintenance:

During the operation of industrial chillers, the dust screen and condenser fins are very easy to absorb dust and debris. If they are not cleaned for a long time, it will affect the heat dissipation performance of the machine. If you want to improve the cooling effect of the chiller, it is obviously necessary to maintain and maintain it regularly.

2. The placement position is not ventilated:

The air outlet on the industrial chiller should be more than 50cm away from the obstacle, and the side air inlet should be more than 30cm away from the obstacle to ensure smooth ventilation of the chiller inlet and outlet.

The ambient room temperature is too high: When the industrial chiller is running, if the ambient room temperature is too high, it will have a certain impact on the normal heat dissipation of the chiller, thereby reducing the cooling efficiency of the chiller. Therefore, during the use of the chiller, we must also pay attention to the impact of the ambient temperature on its operating efficiency.

3. The chiller has insufficient cooling capacity: The cooling capacity is insufficient, which is inconsistent with the selection of cooling equipment. Generally, when customers choose, they may purchase industrial chillers based on their own experience, but some users do not choose the right model when purchasing chillers, resulting in the chiller’s cooling capacity not keeping up with the heat generated by the equipment, and the equipment cannot be effectively controlled. At this time, a chiller with a larger cooling capacity can be replaced.
