How to solve the low pressure alarm of industrial chiller

As we all know, industrial chillers can provide chilled water with constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure. During the operation of the industrial chiller, we can first inject a certain amount of water into the internal water tank of the machine, cool the water through the chiller refrigeration system, and then use the water pump to inject the low-temperature frozen water into the equipment that needs to be cooled. The chilled water takes away the heat inside the machine and returns the high-temperature hot water to the water tank for cooling. In this way, the circulation exchange cooling can achieve the effect of cooling the equipment. In the use of industrial chillers, sometimes low pressure alarms are inevitable. So what should I do if an industrial chiller has a low pressure alarm?

Analysis of the reasons for the low pressure alarm in the industrial chiller:

1.Insufficient refrigerant.

2.Filter blockage.

3.The copper tube of the condenser is fouled, the diameter is reduced, and the heat dissipation is poor.

4.The expansion valve is too small.

    Solutions to low pressure alarms in industrial chillers:

    1.Leakage detection, is there a leak in the pipe joint? Replenish refrigerant after repair.

    2.Remove and clean or replace the filter.

    3.Clean the copper tube of the condenser.
