  1. Before construction, carefully check whether the chiller equipment is damaged, and then choose a suitable area.
  2. The place where the chiller is assembled is on a wooden floor, assembly mat or under the premise, and it can bear the overall weight of the equipment.
  3. The chiller should be placed in the main room with an indoor temperature of 4-40 degrees, and sufficient space should be left around the unit to facilitate future maintenance and management.
  4. There should be a clean cooler management space at one end of the chiller, which cannot be occupied by another unit in the workshop.
  5. Choose a suitable water pipe diameter that can withstand the refrigeration system pressure after the chiller is operated at full power, and connect it properly.
  6. For most applications, the water flow rate of the chiller is between 1.0-3.6m/s, and the water output should be maintained under all load conditions.
  7. Pipeline construction and installation are carried out in a basic manner. The chilled water pump is connected to the water inlet of the chiller to ensure the positive pressure flow and flow in the unit, and maintain a certain shock-absorbing effect to prevent the water in the air-conditioning evaporator from being discharged due to the shutdown of the water pump.
  8. The fixing of the pipeline and the unit should be separated, and the bracket cannot be fixed together. Prevent the increase of ground stress from burdening the components of the chiller.
  9. Analyze and solve the water quality of the air-conditioning evaporator and the cooling circulating water of the chiller. It is advisable to use relatively large pollution materials to reduce the heat transfer caused by scaling, sedimentation, corrosion and other factors that affect the overall performance of the unit, reduce the performance of the unit, and improve the operation and maintenance costs.
  10. Modify the cooling circulating water filter device, clean and maintain it regularly, and purify the water quality.
  11. The industrial chiller equipment is leak-proof and the rust prevention of the joint is solved.
