Description
It is mainly applicable to RC/RC2/RB/LA and other series of refrigeration/freezing/cryogenic screw compressors produced by Hanbell Precision Machinery in Taiwan and Shanghai. It is generally used in compressors below 100HP and is installed at the bottom of the compressor oil sump. It is convenient to disassemble and replace, and the oil filter can be replaced by simply removing the flange.
Features
All-Metal Structure: The entire filter element is made of all-metal parts, which are manufactured by stamping, machining, galvanizing, welding and rolling without any adhesive. It has good mechanical strength and stability and is resistant to refrigerants and refrigeration oils.
High Filtration Accuracy: It can effectively filter impurities and pollutants in the refrigeration oil. The filtration accuracy meets the original factory requirements, which can control the impurity particles in the refrigeration oil within a certain range, ensure the cleanliness of the refrigeration oil, and thus prolong the service life of the compressor.
Small Pressure Drop: During the filtration process, the pressure loss of the refrigeration oil is small, that is, the pressure drop meets the original factory requirements. It will not cause a significant drop in the pressure of the refrigeration oil due to filtration, ensuring the normal circulation and supply of the refrigeration oil in the compressor system.
Cleanable and Reusable: This oil filter can be cleaned. After a certain period of use, when the filter is blocked, the impurities on the filter screen can be removed by appropriate cleaning methods to restore its filtration performance, thus realizing repeated use and reducing the use cost.
